Cafe Diem is a month long project, in which i go to a different coffeehouse in Tel Aviv every day - examining the coffee and the surroundings.
I sit down, wait for service, and ask for a small cappuccino. that's it.
The rest is up to the coffeehouse owner or the waiter/waitress.
The tip they get is the grade : from 0 to 10.
Carpe diem ! Coffee diem !
